A gift that is certain to be cherished! We take small slow growing trees and by using tree ring analysis match the recipients birth or anniversary year to the year that the tree was a small seedling. Each stunning watch uses a thin slice from the tree that has the same number of annual growth rings to match the recipient's time frame. For example, for a 50th birthday or anniversary we will use a tree with 50 annual growth rings.

Watches are crafted from Douglas-fir trees harvested from forests of western Montana. The wood dials are hand selected for their beauty and unique annual tree ring history. With a half century of growth rings on each timepiece, hours, minutes, and seconds are juxtaposed against years. Underneath each wood dial sits a Japanese Mecha Quartz. The watch is enclosed by a high quality stainless steel case and a sapphire crystal. The origin year of the chronology is marked near the center of the tree. This year represents when the tree was small seedling. A slice of a tree is a snapshot of its life history. As such, every tree is unique and will vary in appearance.
